Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
Right now, I’m wearing a shirt and a trouser which belong to ajile brand. This ajile is an exclusive brand available only in Pantaloons stores and these Pantaloons stores belong to Aditya Birla Group. This is only a simple example to show how ABG is involved in my day to day life. Aditya Birla Group is an Indian multinational conglomerate, headquartered in Worli, Mumbai, India. It is easy for us to say in which sectors ABG operations are not involved rather than to say in which it is involved. We can find a lot Aditya Birla Group products in our day to day life which influence our life in one or the other way. Their operations involved in wide range of sectors including agribusiness to wind power. Aditya Birla Group being a multinational conglomerate not only makes India proud but also helps people in India lead a comfortable and easy life. Every Indian uses Aditya Birla Group’s services in their everyday life like telecom services to food items. Besides, these businesses Aditya Birla Group also established the
K.K. Birla Foundation in 1991 by Krishna Kumar Birla in Delhi. Its mission is to promote literature (especially Hindi literature) and the arts, as well as education and social work. So, Aditya Birla Group not only influence the life of elite and middle-class people of India it also influences the life of the weaker sections of India in a positive way to make them lives better.
How I overcame the challenges in my life to achieve my ambitions
Everyone has challenges in life whether it’s in school or in their homes but they all go through a challenge one point in their lives. In school people have challenges like bullying or stress of not doing their work on time and stereotypes. In my case my challenge is that I’m an introvert and I often left the opportunities to take up the responsibilities and I feel this makes me to feel left behind. Introverts tend to process internally, and as a result, don't always communicate their thinking to the team. Introverts can be hard to read, which leaves extroverts and employees often uncertain and uncomfortable. Provide your team with information in multiple ways. so, I wanted to stop being an introvert and started to get out of my head and started to push my self to take up the responsibilities. As a result, I coordinated for national level technical feast and industrial tour during my graduation. Overcoming the past challenges gave me a lot of experience and confidence and I look forward to overcome any challenges in the future
