As InsideIIM turns a decade old and as AltUni takes wings, I am looking to build the next line of leadership at the company. We are hiring promising young professionals who believe in our purpose to enhance India's human capital. We are doing it via a one of its kind leadership program called IALP - InsideIIM AltUni Leadership Program.

The potential compensation is INR 18 Lacs over 16 months by the time your stints end after which you get a permanent position in one of the following verticals :
- Product Management - Community Platforms
- Digital Marketing
- Sales Management
- Founder's Office/Investor Relations
- Product & Program Development - AltUni
The program is open to candidates who are graduates from any field. However, candidates with deep experience in any of the above verticals will have an edge. You will be working remotely - However, you may be asked to come to Mumbai for an in-person induction in July.
