About Professor Leena Chatterjee

With a PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology from IIT Kanpur, Prof. Leena Chatterjee has been teaching at IIM Calcutta for almost 35 years now. With her vast experience and compassionate nature, she teaches the students with a personal touch. ‘She shares her experiences with us like a grandma who tells you comforting bedtime stories’, writes one of the students from IIM Calcutta.

With excellent communication skills and an interesting approach to teaching, Prof. Avittathur is clearly a favourite (along with Professor Chatterjee) among the students at IIM Calcutta.
