InsideIIM’s Student Team 9!
The InsideIIM Student Team provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity for MBA students to not only enhance their personal brand, but also gain practical experience in managing a digital platform. Each year, we carefully select 15-20 students to be part of this program. These individuals are the driving force behind the platform, contributing their unique perspectives and ideas.
We are currently accepting applications from students who will be joining top B-Schools in 2023.
At InsideIIM, storytelling is at the core of our identity. Our emphasis is on personal journeys and storytelling. By combining data and content, we create stories that not only resonate with our audience but also add value to their lives.

InsideIIM Student Team 9 - Selection Process
Round 0: Share Your Details Here!
Round 1: Write A Story:
You need to write an article on Journey To B-School and upload it on InsideIIM.com. You may take a look at this Journey To IIM Ahmedabad post to get an idea. If you are yet to receive your final results, start working on the article, and write that results are awaited.
This round of the selection process is designed to assess your writing ability, fluency, and logical reasoning skills. To upload your article, simply log in to insideiim.com, select "Write a Story" from the menu, and follow the instructions. Be sure to include "Student Team Hunt 2023" in the title of your submission.
Once your article is submitted, it will be evaluated by our panel. We look forward to reading your story!
Closing Date: 20th May, 2023 11:59 PM
This round carries 50% weightage in the overall selection process.
Round 2: Content Marketing and Promotions:
This round focuses on your content marketing and promotional skills. It's not just about writing a great story; it's also important to see how well your story is received by the community.
To increase your chances of selection, we encourage you to share your story on various social media platforms and WhatsApp groups. The number of views your story receives will be taken into consideration during the evaluation process.
We're looking for stories that resonate with our audience and generate engagement. Best of luck!

Round 3: Interaction Call:
Congratulations on making it to the final round! As the next step, you will have a brief calll with InsideIIM's User Growth Head. During the call, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your interest in joining the Student Team, the specific areas you're interested in working on, and the expectations we have for team members.

This round carries 20% weightage in the overall selection process.
