With board exams comes the additional stress of “What Next?” More often than not, students are clueless about their future plans. But there are also some of them who have a clear plan in mind up until graduation. If you are one of those people who have a set mind on MBA you should start building basic managerial skills which also includes the degree of UG. Pursuing a regular bachelors degree is a good option, but wouldn’t you prefer to be a part of a course that rids you from the hassle of working twice as hard for getting into a good undergraduate college and then again for an MBA? This is where IPM comes in. The Integrated Programme in Management is a five-year programme in management for the students who have passed out of class 12th/ Higher Secondary or equivalent from various Indian schools. Offered by IIMs that are some of the premium business schools, it offers students an opportunity to be a part the MBA ecosystem right after school – not just by being in an MBA college but by getting a chance to interact with MBA students and their faculty. Managerial ability & underlying business understanding, are the two utmost important skills for a future manager. BBA courses offer an opportunity to acquire professional skills in the early stage of her career as a management professional. Management undergraduate course offers a deep understanding and development of important business skills such as leadership, communication skills, critical thinking, and decision-making. The course equips with the prerequisites one needs to become a manager. The entrance exam for IPM is surely a tough nut to crack, but there is no doubt about the fact that once you get through, you will be privy to a plethora of opportunities that your regular graduation courses may not offer.  So, for all the students looking for a head start in their future plan of action, IPM is definitely your call.
