IIM Indore's IPM Programme - Selection Process
The IPM Programme selects students via an Aptitude Test, followed by a Written Ability Test and a Personal Interview round, right after the students complete their Standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examination.
IIM Indore's IPM Programme - Course Details
After selection, the students are groomed for three years to develop social consciousness, analytical thinking skills, understanding of business and ethics, and develop interpersonal awareness and foster teamwork. At the end of three years, it is a mandate for them to complete a social internship to apply their knowledge and skillset acquired so far.
In years 4 and 5, the IPM participants merge with the batch of the flagship Post Graduate Programme in Management at IIM Indore, thus leading to the highest batch size of IIM Indore for an MBA Programme. So, the curriculum for the IPM as well as PGP participants is the same for IPM years 4 and 5, thus ensuring that the institute produces a batch of students who are well trained and groomed to be future leaders.
