Khushali Jain showcased her project leadership during her summer internship at Amazon, where she formulated the Go-To-Market strategy for key launches (Symbol Premium and Disney). Her role involved competitor analysis, customer surveys, and media planning. This experience enhanced her understanding of the customer-centric approach, bias for action, and the importance of broadening perspectives through direct conversations with subject matter experts.
Her leadership skills were developed through extracurricular activities such as the Alumni Committee and Corporate Relations vertical for the i5 Summit. These experiences provided hands-on leadership, organizational, and motivational skills. Team projects and case studies during her MBA further honed her collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills, preparing her for leadership roles in a dynamic business environment.
Khushali plans to leverage her MBA skills in decision-making, critical thinking, and holistic strategic perspectives. She aims to bridge the gap between data-driven insights and strategic decision-making, optimizing operational efficiency, customer experience, and market positioning. Her adaptability and continuous learning mindset position her to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation.
Her preferred industry is Marketing, and she has practical experience in digital marketing. Khushali's electives and live projects during her MBA, along with her internship at Amazon, have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the marketing world. She sees herself as a good fit for roles that require a blend of marketing skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Khushali's approach to teamwork involves clear and unfiltered communication, building trust, and accountability. This strategy has contributed to successful collaborations in her past roles.
