Kshitij Tiwari, originally from Allahabad, graduated from IIT Roorkee in 2018 with a degree in Production and Industrial Engineering. With 5 years of professional experience spanning diverse industries and technologies, he recently served as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in data analytics to help clients achieve value. Prior to EY, he worked as a Developer at Microland Limited in Industrial Internet Things, contributing significantly to clients' digital transformation and cost savings in the millions. Beyond his professional endeavors, Kshitij actively participated in major CSR initiatives at EY and has a passion for singing, particularly in Rock, Progressive Rock, and Deep House genres. Kshitij Tiwari approaches problem-solving through a systematic and collaborative process. He starts by clearly defining the problem, conducts in-depth research, and applies creativity and critical thinking to devise innovative solutions. Seeking feedback from peers, supervisors, and stakeholders allows him to refine and optimize the final solution. In a complex project at Ernst and Young, Kshitij developed an innovative data analysis methodology that not only addressed the project's requirements but had potential applications in other areas, showcasing his problem-solving skills.
