This video series will help you get a peek into the world of Aditya Birla Group, its Leadership Program and what’s in store for the young interns at the conglomerate.
In the first part of the series we meet the top talent from across Business Schools in the country who bagged an opportunity to intern at ABG. The first 12 episodes are an insight into the personalities of these young interns who aspire to be leaders. We will also meet the Portfolio Head of Aditya Birla Leadership Program - Tanvi Sondhi and in another episode we meet 3 ABG stars who are leaders in their domains and have been with the group for over 7 years now.
In our inaugural episode we meet Harbani Lamba from IIM Indore who would be interning with Idea Cellular in the Marketing Domain and Mridula Aggarwal from TISS Mumbai who would be spending her summers with Madura Fashion and Lifestyle at Bangalore as an HR Intern.

Harbani Lamba won the Aditya Birla Scholarship in 2015 and at IDEA during the internship she will be working on customer life cycle management. She wanted to be Santa Claus as a 10 year old and if she had a choice she would date Ranveer Singh. She says she will miss the night mess at IIM Indore during these 2 months. Mridula from TISS Mumbai will miss the Wadia hall from campus where all the lectures take place. By the end of the internship she hopes to gain some valuable practical experience and also be a more confident person.
