Rohan Raphael is a marketing enthusiast from XLRI Jamshedpur, who got to work on the digital-first brand of HUL, Simple during the two months of his internship at the Mumbai Headquarters.
Rohan didn’t have a lot to fall back on as the problems are in their early stages and fixing them needed a fresh outlook. He talks about his journey at HUL, understanding the problem, coming up with solutions and how thinking as a consumer helped him get through.
