Have you ever considered how much time it would take for you to be amongst the top 0.5% earners in India? Find out here!

Name an instance where you wanted something and went out of your comfort zone to achieve it OR Tell us the biggest risk you have taken so far in your life. This is the incidence when I was preparing for my CA final exams. I used to sleep 8-9 hours and cannot deviate from that. Due to zeal to clear CA exams in very first attempt, I started gradually decreasing my sleep time from 8-9 hours to 3-4 hours. For complete one year, I slept <4 hours, minimized all other activities which were eating my time. I used to study for 16+hours and it was like I have evacuated myself from the outer world. Finally, I got rewarded for this and was able to clear my CA final exams in first attempt. The icing on cake was, I was among Top 20 AIR for 4 papers as well.
When was the last time someone relied on you? OR What did you do which was purely for someone else - a truly selfless act? Helping others is one thing that give me mental piece. I would like to share most of the recent incidents here. It was a time when our SIP process was going on. Being placed in Bain very early, I took active participation in helping my friends in their preparation. I selflessly helped few folks from reminding deadlines to conducting mock interviews. Again, when our juniors were undergoing through their SIP process, I was one of the actively involved volunteer who started mentoring juniors with CV vetting, consulting and finance interviews, GDs etc. Now, I am again actively involved in the final placement process and helping around dozen of folks in their final placement process.
Tell us about a time when you disagreed with an opinion/idea/decision. What did you do about it? It was a time when I was associated with my previous organization. There was one HR policy that no one will come office intoxicated, and if that happens then HR can take strict actions which includes firing the concerned from the job.One fine day, one of my close colleague came drunk and he was so high that it was intolerable. Seeing this HR initiated the process and without listening to him started making the discontinuation letter. Seeing this, I intervene in this process as I knew that concerned person don't drink and there will be very crucial point such that he came to office in such a way. I asked him and he said that his wife has diagnosed with cancer at last stage and he could not arrange the money. Also, there was pay cut (due to covid) in the organization and due to this, he had done such a mistake.Seeing this, I asked my manager to take this matter to CEO. He needs the money urgently and in this condition we can't tell him to leave the job. We approached to CEO and tell him all the situation. I personally vouched for my colleague that he will not commit such mistake in future, and on listening to this, he not only stop the HR but also sanction employee loan for few lakhs :)
What is the one thing you can claim to have some level of expertise or depth of knowledge in - it could be anything - a subject, a sport, a hobby, a venture, an initiative that has led you to do deep work in that field? As a Chartered Accountant by profession and deeply involved in finance, I have deep knowledge about the finalization of annual accounts and availing taxation benefits. However for this question, I would like to deviate from academics to one of my hobby. Over the years, I have developed a passion towards cooking and enjoy doing that. /due to hectic schedule, I try to cook on weekends now and as on this date, I have come a far way. There was a time when I do not know anything about cooking but after watching MasterChef India, I have developed a ken interest in cooking. Now, I have become proficient in cooking which solves one of major problem- Because of this hobby, I can let my mom to take some rest and she can now go out freely and without stress about who will cook and when will cooked :P
If 10 Million Dollars (approximately INR 75 Crores) is given to you to use it any way you deem fit what would you do with this corpus? If given a corpus of 10 million dollars, I would like to invest in the income generating assets and would refrain myself from buying assets that reflects the social status such as luxurious house, cars etc. I have one idea for my entrepreurial journey that will solve the problem of color-blind people and for this I am working constantly. I would like to set up my venture for this with this corpus. The prime motivation for this is that there is ample of white space in this sector and it will also act as CSR (giving back to society). There is one more business plan to start restaurant chain in the metropolitan town (Mumbai). Towards this idea, I am constantly working with my sister and had developed a great understanding in this like from selecting the location to deciding the cuisine and other nitti-grities for that.Other than this, I would like to do charity for 10% of corpus specifically for the patients who could not get medical treatment due to shortage of funds.
