Yesterday, I had the opportunity to conduct a Mock Group discussion session with MBA aspirants via InsideIIM, and it turned out to be an incredibly insightful and interactive experience!
We covered key aspects like:

✅ Best practices for participating effectively
✅ Common mistakes to avoid in GD
Candidates also got to experience real-time mock GDs, followed by comprehensive individual feedback on their performance—what worked, what could be improved, and how to stand out in a competitive discussion. As a moderator, I also evaluated the panel and shared my observations on what could be refined further.
