MBA with Work Experience or MBA as a Fresher - an age-old debate. Is there a correct answer to this? There are inherent advantages and disadvantages with either of the two choices. While on one side, doing an MBA after having some prior Work Experience makes it possible for you to link theory to practice; on the other end, pursuing an MBA as a fresher makes it easy for you to adjust to the b-school rigour.
