Every year, at InsideIIM, we endeavor to select the Best 50 - The Most Employable Graduates of their year. This year too, we conducted the Best 50 Survey. We floated questions across b-school students, alum who have recently graduated, etc. and asked them questions about their most selfless acts, their most debilitating experiences, how they handled conflicts, what do they excel at, how would they spend a corpus of 10 Mn USD, etc. The answers we got ranged from wanting to help the underprivileged to creating investments for the betterment of the world at large. Some answers were pithy, some were relatable AF, some confused us, and some got us thinking ‘wow!’ And thus were born the Best 50 - The Most Employable Graduates of The Class of 2018-20. In this article, we bring you a list of all their stories. I Went Bungee Jumping To Conquer My Fear Of Heights | Chinmaya Mishra, IIM Ranchi How do you conquer a deep, long lasting fear of heights (acrophobia)? Some might say you get therapy. Starting out with bungee jumping in Rishikesh to going for long treks, Chinmaya successfully conquered his deep seated fear. I Started 'Feeding India - Ludhiana Chapter' To Fight Food Wastage | Jaskiran Kaur, IIM Indore Food is a basic human need. However, we don't think twice when we are wasting food, especially in those extravagant marriages. Jaskiran Kaur, our feature today, identified this problem in her city and decided to do something about it. She started the Feeding India Ludhiana Chapter. Most times they would get calls from hotels and marriage halls around 12.oo AM to 4.oo AM in the morning. She would often give up on her sleep, and CAT prep time,  to make the cause successful.
