Dr. Ankur Jain is a faculty in the Organization Behavior and Human Resource Department at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. His teaching areas involve Training and Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Design and Dynamics. He obtained his PhD from the IIM Bangalore. Prior to PhD, he did MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He was awarded Bharti scholarship for his outstanding academic performance during his MBA. He also has a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from NIT Allahabad. He has 3.5 years of work experience with renowned names like ITC Ltd. and Cypress Semiconductor Technology India Private Limited.

His research work has been presented at international conferences and his paper won the Best Doctoral paper award at the Pan IIM Conference 2018. His articles have featured in the NHRD Network Journal and he has written book reviews for IIMB Management Review and South Asian Journal of Management.
