NEEV - The 3rd Largest B-School Fest Of India - SCMHRD Pune

SCMHRD would be celebrating 25 years of its eminence this December with its annual corporate cum cultural festival, NEEV. The 3rd largest B-school festival in India, NEEV promises unlimited fun and excitement with electrifying performances by renowned artists, enthralling bands, and mind-blowing competitions and events.

NEEV observes a footfall of 15000+ with participation from the top 40 Business schools of India. A massive audience, powerful line-up of performances, and cheers that could be heard across Symbiosis Infotech Campus. Previous editions of three-day gala have seen goliaths of business and arts like Harsha Bhogle, Aditya Ghosh, experienced soulful concerts by huge Bollywood names like Aditi Singh Sharma, KK and Raghu Dixit, power-packed EDM performances by, Lost Stories, DJ Shaan and Zaeden, and have collaborated with prominent companies like Reliance Jio, Indian Oil, Amul, Wildcraft, MTV and Uber. NEEV is also the first festival in the country to have introduced Sunburn on campus and be associated with VH1 Supersonic and Enchanted Valley Carnival.

NEEV unfurled its theme ‘Beyond Conforms’ on the 4th of October, which attracted tremendous participation from the entire campus. The theme is the manifestation of SCMHRD’s marked distinction from the norm by carving a niche for itself. Theme launch was attended by SCMHRD’s director, Dr. Pratima Sheorey along with many faculty members. Renowned culinary artist Ms. Meeta Makhecha graced the event as the chief guest. Hilarious stand-up performances by Mr. Ravi Gupta sent the audience into fits of laughter. The event also witnessed the spellbinding light show by India’s first light painter Mr. Vivek Patil.

Around the course of three days, NEEV will enchant its audience and participants with 35+ events, ranging from Atlantis Diaries – A celebrity and corporate talk show, Augustus – The hunt for the best student manager, Panache- Medley of beauty & talent churned out through fashion and ramp walks, Gruelling corporate case study competitions and business simulation games, dance competitions, poker, Polaroid - photography competition, Ad making, Graffiti and stand up comedy. NEEV, in association with Miss India and Times of India, is also host to FBB campus princess.

An air of restlessness spreads everywhere, people wait in long queues to enjoy the Celebrity night performances. In the previous edition, NEEV witnessed Lost Stories, the first Indian artists to debut on Tiësto's Black Hole Recordings, scratch the vinyl disc, sending the crowd into a frenzy. The next evening was illuminated by the magnificent performance by YouTube sensation Shirley Setia.

This year, Pune’s biggest campus festival is back and how! NEEV 2018, presented by BNY Mellon, co-sponsored by Bisleri and Denver will see DJ SHADOW powered by Integriti on the 21st of December, followed by the silvery voice of NIKHIL D’SOUZA on the 22nd under VH1 & MTV Beats. With Miss India Organization and Royal Enfield too onboard, NEEV is an extravaganza that one simply can’t miss to experience, this December!
