Nitish Jain, a member of the class of '25 at IIFT, has had a diverse and successful journey. Prior to joining the institute, he served as a Facility Manager at Shakambari Textiles, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills. His contributions led to a 15% increase in client re-ordering rates and improved overall profitability. Nitish also demonstrated culinary expertise as Chef De Partie at La Maison, driving a 12% revenue increase and a notable 20% reduction in kitchen turnaround time. With a background in hospitality from IHM, Pusa, Nitish served as a Student Coordinator, highlighting his dedication. His internship at Leela Palace, New Delhi, further showcased his capabilities, setting a record for the highest festivities sale per day.
