Handling failure, Parshva reflects on a setback during his B.Com exams. Despite scoring low in Accounts, he turned the situation into an opportunity for improvement, focusing on strengthening fundamentals and achieving the highest marks in Accounts in his CA Intermediate exams. This experience taught him the value of perseverance. In a difficult ethical decision at KPMG, Parshva faced the need for leave to prepare for his CFA Level I exam. Choosing honesty over fabrication, he communicated truthfully with his manager, who turned out to be supportive. This experience reinforced the importance of honesty, integrity, and open communication in the workplace. Describing a negotiation situation during the FIDE Chess Olympiad, Parshva addressed a cultural difference with the Tamil Nadu Government regarding police escorts for players. Through diplomacy and compromise, he negotiated a solution allowing players more independence during specific hours.
