I am Kritika Warkade, graduate of Bachelor of Commerce from Bhopal. I am fresher who is looking forward to receiving whatever this institute is offering. Indian Institute of Management is the eleventh IIM and was instituted on January 4, 2011. There are many reasons to choose IIMT over other institutes. Recently, The Director of IIMT, Dr. Bhimaraya Metri is awarded the esteemed “Prerana Puraskar” Award by the Government College of Engineering, Karad. It would be an honour to get guidance from such an expert. IIMT boasts of a collection of eminent faculty and motivated students which creates a healthy environment of learning. The kind of environment I wanted to prepare myself for facing this corporate world. A leader is a person who leads, commands and guides a group, organization or country and I aspire to become a leader. IIMT takes a great responsibility in shaping their students into leaders of tomorrow which would be the catalyst of change for the betterment of the future. This institute understands and gives students full freedom to decide their respective domains based on their work experience, academic background and their preferences with an environment conducive in enhancing their learning experience. This institute strives for continuous improvement in all of its activities to enable a thriving learning environment.
“How I choose IIMT?”, answer to this question consists of comparison and analysis of different sectors of second-generation IIMs. The first factor which is more prominent to choose from a B school is the faculty size and background. This institute is mainly known for its strong faculty structure. This institute has number of Ph.D. Degree holders from India’s top institutes when compared to other B schools. The most important factor is the residential campus. In IIMT, students are provided with single room occupancy fully furnished and enriched with all the necessary facilities. Being from a financial background, I found that this institute has an ample number of courses in the field of my interest group. This fact cannot be denied that placements play an important role when it comes to the selection of an institute. IIMT has a great figure in its summer internship report as well as in its final placement report. State of art technology and campus help the student tremendously to learn and be industry ready. Location of an institute also plays a big role. IIMT has a connectivity via Air, Rail and Road. This makes interaction and connection with industry and foreign b-schools easy and also increases placement opportunities.

ADITYA BIRLA GROUP is very vast when it comes to companies or brand. It is known not only for apparel and non-apparel sectors but also for known for governance and financial management. Amongst all the sector, I would prefer ADITYA BIRLA FASHION AND RETAIL LIMITED and would love to work under Pantaloons. Since, I aa m fashion lover and a regular customer of Pantaloons, my first preference would be Pantaloons. This brand fulfils all my needs and never disappoints me with quality.
