I graduated from IIM Calcutta in 2019 and joined the ELITE general management program. I was really excited to join Capgemini because I had heard a lot about the program from my seniors. Here's an account of my experience with ELITE and what were the perks of joining this program. About: Capgemini ELITE is a rigorous 10-year general management program designed to facilitate learning and development of fresh MBA graduated allowing them to take responsibilities at a very young age and create impact in the group with their skills. Along with numerous responsibilities, there are definitely numerous perks of being in the program: International Travel: From the induction program in Paris to full time roles in UK, USA, Europe and Australia; ELITE managers have an opportunity of exploring various international roles. We get to visit different countries to manage global accounts. Leadership at a young age: It is one of the core ideas of this program. ELITE managers get to lead projects right at the beginning of their careers allowing them a fast paced career growth opportunity. We get to work closely with the clients and create a visible impact in the organization. Interaction with Senior Leaders: Regular interactions with senior leaders in the company is one more such perk. ELITE managers learn from the best minds out there and work under their guidance while sharing innovative ideas. Continuous learning: Training sessions are regularly organized for the ELITE batch teaching them about the new technologies, business practices and team building activities. We have had conferences on Blockchain, IoT, Business models, Consulting skills workshop, etc. FUN!!: We have fun teams which make sure that all the ELITE managers have fun while managing so many responsibilities.
