Placements This Year Will Need B-schools To Start Preparing Students Early, Ft. IMT Nagpur

With the second wave of pandemic hitting India real bad, chances are that this year as well, B-schools will have to operate online. In such a scenario, getting the students prepared for the much-talked-about placement frenzy is a challenge that a lot of B-schools found difficult in a new classes-from-home scenario. We spoke to three IMT Nagpur students who got opportunities in the various domains in their final placements along with the placement head of the campus to understand what were the few things that they followed which turned out to be successful for them and what are some of the ideas they are working on to make this year equally successful.

Placements are often touted as the most important aspect of a B-school, where all your learning culminates into the job you land up in.
