Summer Internship Experience sharing contest results!
The biggest compliment our participants for the Summer Saga contest can possibly get is judges saying that they learnt a lot from them by going through these internship experiences. The amount of detailing and in-depth description really impressed the judges. They also believe that the new batch should go through these experiences before applying to companies and even before starting internships. It will help them make the most out of their internship. Judges also believe it will help companies get an insight into how interns see their internship experience and may help design their structure better. Overall it is a win for everyone!
It was a tough task to decide as well! Too many close calls but we had to choose the top 5! Before we jump into the results, meet our judges.

Here is what the Judges had to say about his entry :
Amit Mehta, Learning and Development Manager, Hindustan Unilever - "Fantastic way to share experience. Very practical insights, talks about the trick of delegation."
Tejas Dave, Consultant at Booz & Co. - "Prateek seems to have had a great opportunity to get his hands dirty. Important to note that work won't happen only because it has been delegated to someone or because they are supposed to do it. Prateek was fortunate to find this out early on in the internship. Serves as a good guide"
