Samartha Wanikar is currently pursuing an MBA from XLRI. Before this, he worked as a Decision Analytics Associate at ZS Associates in the Business Insights and Analytics team. He was recognized as the game changer for delivering exceptional performance and maintaining excellent client relations. For his undergraduate studies, Samartha attended ICT-Mumbai, where he majored in Chemical Technology and was awarded the Best Outgoing Student for his achievements in extracurricular and co-curricular activities. During his time at the university, he served as the President of one of India's oldest student-run scientific journal clubs and also captained the college cricket team. Hailing from a middle-class family in the small town of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, Samartha was fortunate enough to receive a quality education and work in diverse environments in Mumbai and Pune. In his free time, he enjoys playing cricket and badminton, and he even participated in the CBSE Nationals badminton tournament during his school days.
