The first sale was a breakthrough moment, reflecting his ability to adapt, innovate, and overcome. His leadership shone during his internship at JP Morgan, where he developed a sustainable talent pipeline for persons with disabilities, addressing systemic challenges through innovative partnerships and building a database of over 10,000 candidates. Similarly, at XLRI, Shivam’s commitment to his cohort stood out when he dedicated himself to helping peers succeed in the challenging Quantitative Analysis course, offering personal guidance and creating a collaborative learning environment. Shivam’s journey is marked by countless instances of integrity and determination. From mentoring a young woman to pursue her dreams against societal expectations to standing firm against undue influence during a recruitment process, Shivam consistently prioritizes fairness and empowerment.
