SIBM Pune's MBA batch of 2025 has completed the summer placements process, with over 70 participating firms this year. Over 40 of the offers made to the students were more than INR 4 lakhs, while the highest stipend offered to the batch stood at INR 4.50 lakhs. Top brands on campus included Hindustan Unilever Limited, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Accenture Strategy & Consulting, Asian Paints, Axis Bank, Ernst & Young, and Mondelēz International amongst others. SIBM Pune Summer Placements 2023 - Key Highlights

  1. The highest stipend for the SIBM Pune MBA batch stood at INR 4.50 lakhs.
  2. The average stipend for the MBA batch stood at INR 3.23 lakhs, while the median stipend stood at INR 3 lakhs.
  3. SIBM Pune saw an 11% Y-o-Y increase in the Average Stipend Offered, and a 2.3% Y-o-Y in the Highest Stipend Offered.
  4. The average stipend of the top 10% stood at INR 4.48 lakhs, while the average of the top 25% and 50% stood at INR 4.12 lakhs and INR 3.57 lakhs respectively.
  5. The average stipend offered to male candidates stood at INR 3.19 lakhs, while the average stipend offered to female candidates stood at INR 3.29 lakhs.
