The diverse background of students is the biggest distinguishing factor of IIT Bombay. For a student like me, who is from a rural background, IIT gives a good platform to explore things and gain life lessons which I have not had an opportunity to learn in the past. The kind of responsibility students hold here is amazing and inspiring which truly carves them as future leaders. Apart from classroom teaching, I am gradually and constantly learning management from everyone and everything inside the campus. The degree “General Management” here at IIT Bombay does not limit itself only to the domains of management but also imbibes in students the values which are needed to succeed in the managerial career. To make it precise, one can just observe things at IIT Bombay and learn management in a big way!
Which ABG company would you like to work for and why?
I would like to work at Aditya Birla Retail Limited. I am very much enthused about inventory management and FMCG company is the best place to explore many things in supply chain management. Also, to work with the biggest organization like Aditya Birla Group is a dream for many people, I want to achieve it.
