Hi, Tell us about how you got selected for this internship? Take us through the moment you realized you had got the internship.

Every member who enters a B School goes through a rigorous practice for months just to be in one of the dream companies they want to intern with, being one among them who has gone through the rollercoaster ride has seen myself interning with best company of India The stint of the grooming that have been undergone has shaped me to improve my communication skills effectively. A good listener always has an edge in making the mark, the more you would listen, the answer one delivers do have the high possibility to be on point, this is one of the unique thing that makes you to stand out, which has to be known while preparing for internship. I vividly remember the day -1 where the assessments part is done and was waiting for the interview of Pidilite and I was only a step behind to be into the company as an intern, and I knew that I dont have any other shortlist in my hand. My focus was completely on not to leave any stone unturned in the process. Around 1 PM in the afternoon my interview has started which was highly around how did I carry myself in my previous company with a tinge of technical concepts of supply chain. Once I'm done with the first round I was immediately called for the next round where an interactive discussion on my past education my family background along with how could I direct my skills to add value to the company happened. After 45 minutes of one to one interaction I got a email that I was selected, which gave me a high sense of relief and satisfaction that I have finally achieved what I wanted to.

On joining the company as an intern, how has your onboarding experience been like?

As COVID Second wave was ongoing the internship has turned out to be the virtual one. Though it is, the company has onboarded the interns smoothly, with an induction of 3 days which has given us the opportunity to meet the senior leadership team and listen to their experiences. "Pakde Rehna Chodna Nahi" is the phrase which is not only there in products but in their process as well. The structured program, a visionary schedule and a proper guidance on how to carry out the process in the company with the values incorporated I have seen the best onboarding process till date.
