Hi, Tell us about how you got selected for this internship? Take us through the moment you realized you had got the internship.
One message from my college's placement team informing I am selected at Salesforce as Product Analyst-Intern was enough to make my day. I remember the process started at 9am and ended at around 6pm. There were 4 rounds in total and they tested our holistic skill-set, functional, technical, interpersonal, critical, logical every single aspect of these skill-sets were tested. It started with a GD followed by 3 technical interviews. It was tough to crack but confidence and self-belief made the process a success.
On joining the company as an intern, how has your onboarding experience been like?
Salesforce is known for it's best working environment for employees and has won several global awards for the same. I witnessed this from the day 1 itself. The call us a part of their family "OHANA" and they give utmost priority to you health, family before anything else. The onboarding was very smooth and the HR made sure each and every aspect is being touched upon, the tools, the platforms, the teams, the social activities, the benefits etc etc. Lastly the motivated us a lot to give our best during our internship.
