In this episode of our video series Take A Seat In, we have Dr. Neerja Kashive, Associate Dean Research, at Vivekanand Business School, talking about an exciting case study on Human Resources. The case-based teaching allows students to not only get an understanding of a real-life situation but also makes them active partners in solving a particular problem. In this video, she presents the case study on Ingersoll Rand Craig Mundy’s problem-solving approach. The class further discusses the various facets that an HR manager needs to keep in mind during crunch situations and how an outcome can be achieved keeping all the parties in mind. The case study also focuses on how the external environment can play a big role in deciding policies within a company.
