Just like any other person I had also planned my career goal since I was in class 12
th which is to be a successful and resourceful person. The means to achieve this goal was to be a part of a good B-School for which I started to prepare just after my 12
th board exams. But unfortunately I was not able to crack the 5 years integrated programme offered by IIM Indore but this did not stopped me from following my career plan.
I went for my graduation in B.COM (hons.) from University of Delhi and during my three years of graduation seldom I forget my plan to be a part of an esteemed B-school. I started my preparation for CAT (Common Admission Test) during my college and left no stones unturned. Though it was difficult for me to manage my studies and preparation for CAT simultaneously but I was determined to crack CAT in my first attempt.
After months of hard work I was finally able to covert IIM Ranchi and was very glad and excited to be a part of this prestigious institute but my life was turned upside down when I went through the rigorous process that was planned for us. I had never imagined that I would have so many sleepless nights and eventful days in my life. Being a fresher I was quite new to this environment and it was very difficult for me to adjust. Till now I had lived in a protected environment where I had never faced any difficulty but after being a part of an IIM, I experienced so many new situations. All this resulted in my emotional breakdown, it was the first time I was away from my home dealing with everything by myself. I felt so down that I decided to quit everything and go back.
I was quite determined to quit but then I realized that I had invested so much of my efforts to be a part of a B-school, to achieve my goal. At this point of time the motivation that I got from my parents kept me going. I convinced myself that this is a challenge I have to face in order to shine in future. Further, for the first time I realised that I have so much will power.
Now I feel glad that I did not quit, otherwise I would have missed so much in my life. I am glad that when I was feeling so down my parent guided me in the right direction. And lastly I am glad that I am a part of IIM Ranchi and a stronger person than before.

Aditya birla group has also well established itself in the financial sector through providing financial services under Aditya Birla Capital. Not forgetting that it has also become the largest manufacturer of carbon black which is used in making tyres which guarantees us a safe drive.
The group has contributed a lot to our economy by generating employment and providing quality goods and services thereby raising the living standards of people and these contributions have created a deep impact on me.
