One of the most frequently asked questions in your B-school personal interview is ‘Why MBA’, and your answer to this particular question can make or break your chances of getting to your b-school. HUL believes in a strong sense of purpose and they would love to know about yours and help you express and articulate that well. As part of
Unilever Change Makers 2020, we would want you to
write to us telling why you want to pursue MBA, in not more than 500 words and brand managers from HUL and alumni of top business schools will share personalized feedback on the same!
Based on your entries, you will qualify for the next round of Unilever Change Makers where you would receive special one on one mentoring and webinars by senior HUL managers for your WAT-PI rounds. Once you have
registered here for the Unilever Change Makers 2020 program, you will be required to
fill out this form with your answer
on or before January 27, 2020 to be eligible for one-on-one mentoring, and much more!
Please note that only candidates who have registered for the Unilever Change Makers 2020 program are eligible to fill out the 'Why MBA' form. If you haven't registered for the program, you can register yourself here.
Based on their responses, candidates will be shortlisted in three phases for one-on-one mentoring by HUL Managers.
The first shortlist will be released on 29th January, 2020 (Wednesday). Further dates for shortlisting of registered candidates will be communicated at a later stage.
Please note that even if a candidate is not shortlisted for one-on-one mentoring by HUL managers, he/she will still receive constructive feedback from HUL Brand Managers on how they can improve or build upon their 'Why MBA' response, though they will NOT have access to one-on-one mentoring and webinars with HUL managers.
