What Is The Process Of Getting In?
Step 1: Application Form
To apply to Unilever Changemakers 2022, you are required to fill out the Unilever Changemakers 2022 application form. This application will help us get to know you better, so dive in, be authentic and tell us about yourself.
Step 2: Shortlisted students prepare with HUL
Basis the application form, shortlisted students get an opportunity to prepare with HUL to ace their dream B-School admission process. The parameters for evaluation will be:
- Academic performance including CAT score
- Work experience or projects undertaken
- Niche skills
- Areas of passion substantiated with strong evidence of interest
- Any diverse experiences unique to you
Step 3: Online Assessment Process
Students from Stage 1 will subsequently go through an online assessment process to be selected for Unilever's pre-MBA Foundation School which is a 4-day programme with the best of Unilever leaders. Foundation school students get an early advantage to iconic B-school competitions like Lessons in Marketing Excellence (LIME), FinAce and Nutcracker and an opportunity to secure a direct summer internship offer with Unilever in 2022.
