Remember the Kerala Floods? What can management students learn from this disaster? The scale at which people were affected was truly terrifying. So many people came together to help their fellow comrades in need. From donations to volunteering, everyone helped however little they could. In this video, we spoke to Soham Saha, a student of IIM Kozhikode who is an active member of the Social Service Group. He speaks of his experience during the Kerala Floods, where he and his fellow classmates participated in relief work. From sourcing essentials and supplies, to personally sorting and delivering them to relief camps, they took a very structured approach to help those in need.
