Known to many as God’s own campus, NITIE is situated at the heart of Mumbai. Surrounded by lakes, the lush green campus is an epitome of tranquillity. NITIE’s apt location of Mumbai sets the institute apart. Being situated in the financial capital of India brings a plethora of opportunities. The oldest and biggest stock exchange, BSE is just minutes away, for example. Mumbai also contributes 25% of India’s industrial output. The 67-acre campus has been graced with the presence of the most respected industrialists of the nation- Kumar Mangalam Birla, Ratan Tata, among others. With the biggest conglomerates of the country being headquartered in Mumbai, the institute’s industry connect is as good as it gets. This very confluence of nature and industry makes NITIE’s campus unique.   Which ABG company would you want to work for and why?

It would be a great chance to work in Idea Cellular, intensely competitive, Telecom industry.
With the Vodafone Idea merger, the company is set to achieve a market share of about 35%, giving it the highest market share in the country.
Idea’s focus on helping India go digital aligns with the government’s vision of a digital India. The company’s investments in technologies like Massive MIMO and Cloud and the managing director’s plan of commercially rolling out a 5G network by 2022, reflect Idea’s readiness to adapt to the ever-evolving Telecom industry.
This inspires me to be a part of the company.
