Continuing the conversation, an IIM Bangalore alum and a corporate trainer Rajesh Srivastava talk further about the changing paradigm of business in the world. From changing definition of sales, different approaches are taken by companies to put employees in a close-knit environment to get the maximum out of the available resources, changing dimension of business practices, competition from diverse cohorts and paradigm shift in some businesses to be successful, Rajesh Srivastava tries to decode each by giving fitting examples.
He talks about giving importance to your customers for them to come back to continue with your services, prioritizing your employees, giving respect to your competitors and understanding the core requirement of the consumer through numerous examples, ranging from tech to the alcohol industry. All this and a lot more is there in store for you in this video. If you are planning to start your own company, or someone who needs to relook into the structure that you have at your organization right now or if you are someone who is planning to step into the corporate world, this is what you need to go through, at least once.

Tell us in the comment section below what according to you is the potential unseen threat for a company that is in their pinnacle at the moment (Psst! You can take Netflix for an example).
To know more about the changing dimensions of the business you can also read Rajesh Srivastava’s new book ‘The New Rules of Business’ here,
