The Red Brick Summit (TRBS) is the annual Management Symposium of IIM-A; an attempt to be the pioneer event in redefining the scope and impact of management fests in B-Schools across India. The event aims to become a platform for the exchange of expertise, experience, and opinions between leaders of today's business world across industries and the budding youth leaders of tomorrow from various parts of the country. With the past four editions of TRBS being a phenomenal success, we hope to uphold the legacy this year. Last year's edition has also been awarded as 'Most Popular B-School Festival 2020' (D2C).
TRBS'21 is going to be conducted in the exciting virtual avatar this time as well, and we plan to bring the entire fest, with its gamut of offerings, onto the computer screens of our thousands of participants across the nation. It hosts several competitions, speaker sessions, and knowledge-creating workshops through the multiple days of the fest. It is scheduled to happen on 9th & 10th October 2021 and the workshops will be conducted over four days, from 7th to 10th October 2021.

Workshops at TRBS provide students and professionals this very opportunity to get themselves acquainted with the recent trends and must have skills to ace the professional life. These workshops are sessions spanning over two hours that provide a rare opportunity to the participants of interacting with experts in various areas of business, who are not only experienced but also well versed with the recent advancements in their fields. For example, few of the hosts this year include industry leaders from Reckitt for Marketing, Google & Amazon for Product Management, Zerodha and Prof. Aswath Damodaran for Finance workshops. The speakers and the host companies are the best in the industry to learn from. The sessions are aimed to equip the participants with skills and knowledge over concepts that have maximum utility in present and the future. The content that is delivered is designed in a way to make the learnings from these workshops long-lasting, helping to make better decisions and work efficiently as present & future managers.
For delivering maximum utility and be in sync with the requirements of participants from different backgrounds, the workshops are also grouped into different packs that constitute a various area of interest for the participants. The various packs focused on a particular management domain are available for registration at a discounted price. The workshops can also be accessed individually or customized in packs as per the likes of the participant.
