XIM University's School of Human Resource Management completed the final placements process for its batch of 2020-2022! The school witnessed a record growth in the salaries offered to its graduating batch, recording a massive 36 percent uptick in the median salary offered, and an equally impressive 25.6 percent hike in the average salary respectively.
Students of the batch bagged offers from some of the biggest organisations in the country such as Deloitte, Cognizant, ICICI Bank, Capgemini, IBM, Wipro, Accenture, EY, ABCL, Vedanta, Whatfix, Unacademy, TATA Steel, Ultratech, VMware,Phable, ACG Worldwide, Aarti Industries and many more.

School of Human Resource Management Placements 2022 - Key Salary Highlights
In 2022, the highest salary offered to the School of Human Resource Management batch at XIM University stood at INR 29.50 lakhs per annum. The average salary, which stood at INR 15.12 lakhs, is not only the highest average recorded by the school in recent times but it also saw a whopping increase of 25.6 percent over the previous year. The median salary also grew year-on-year at an even more impressive rate of 36 percent.
The average of the top-quarter of the salaries offered stood at INR 19.10 lakhs, while the median stood at INR 18.80 lakhs. The average of the top-half of all salaries offered stood at INR 17.20 lakhs, while the median stood at INR 16.60 lakhs.
School of Human Resource Management Placements 2022 - Important Recruitment Highlights
This year, a total of 37 recruiters participated in the final placement process at the School of Human Resource Management. Top brands on campus included market leaders like Deloitte, Unacademy, Tata Steel, Accenture, IBM, ICICI Bank, Capgemini, and HCL amongst many others notable ones. Added to the gamut of recruiters were 12 new companies who placed their trust in our bright students.
In terms of sector-wise placements, the IT sector emerged as the most sought-after, with 36 percent of the batch opting for roles in this sector. The next most popular sectors amongst the school’s graduating batch of 2022 were Consulting (31 percent), and BFSI (13 percent).
A total of 15 students were extended pre-placement offers (PPOs), owing to their excellent performance during the summer internship. Adding to the laurels of the school’s glory were 4 students who received placement offers through national corporate case study competitions.
A total of 119 students from the batch of 2022 participated in the final placement process, bagging an array of impressive roles in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Business Partnering, HR Analytics, Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefits and many others!
School of Rural Management
XIM University's School of Rural Management has successfully placed its batch of 2020-2022! This year, the average and median salaries saw a remarkable growth of 23 percent and 29 percent respectively. The average of the top-half of all salaries offered stood at INR 9.10 lakhs. The majority of the batch took up roles in the BFSI sector, and offers from this sector accounted for 38 percent of all offers extended.

In 2022, the highest domestic salary for the batch stood at INR 14 lakhs per annum, offered by Docsumo - an AI SaaS company. The average salary stood at INR 8 lakhs - up by a significant 23 percent over the previous year. The median salary for the batch stood at INR 8.40 lakhs, increasing by 29 percent over the previous year.
The average of the top-10 percent of salaries offered stood at INR 12 lakhs. The average of the top-20 percent of salaries offered stood at INR 10.70 lakhs, while the average of the top-half of salaries offered stood at INR 9.10 lakhs per annum.
The highest-paying sector was IT/ITES, offering an average salary of INR 14 lakhs. This was followed by the NBFC/MFI/FI sector at INR 9.6 lakhs. Sector-wise, the highest salary offered came from the IT Services sector at INR 14 lakhs, followed by the NBFC/MFI/FI sector at INR 12 lakhs.

In 2022, a total of 23 recruiters - including 8 new recruiters - participated in School of Rural Management's final placement process. This year, BFSI sector made up 38 percent of all offers extended to the batch.
