- The highest salary offered was for Sales & Marketing roles and the Financial Inclusion sector, with students being offered INR 13.2 LPA.
- The highest salary offered within the BFSI sector stood at INR 8.8 LPA, while the highest salary offered within the Development sector stood at INR 8.1 LPA.
- The highest salary offered within the Consultancy sector stood at INR 6.6 LPA, while the highest salary in the Healthcare sector stood at INR 4.5 LPA.
- The Sales & Marketing domain paid the highest average salary to the MBA-RM class of 2020 at XSRM, with the average salary at INR 10.77 LPA.
- The BFSI and Financial Inclusion sectors offered an average salary of INR 7.96 LPA each, while the Development sector offered an average salary of INR 6.02 LPA. The Consultancy sector offered an average salary of INR 5.24 LPA, and the Healthcare sector offered an average salary of INR 4.5 LPA.
XSRM Final Placements 2020 - Important Recruitment Highlights
- Xuberance’20 witnessed a sharp increase in hiring in the financial inclusion sector constituting of 41.41% of the total number of offers made.
- The BFSI sector was the second most-sought after for MBA-RM students, with 23% offers being extended by companies in this sector, followed by 19% offers by companies in the Development sector.
- Xuberance’20 saw Seventeen (17) new recruiters namely Fullerton, MGNCRE, Satin Credit Care etc.
- Extramarks and Spandana Spoorthy Financial Ltd extended the highest packages for Xuberance’20 to Nine (9) students, offers standing at 13.2 Lakhs per annum (LPA) each.
- Healthcare was a new sector added this year, with roles offered by Cryogenex Wellness and Hi-Tech Group.
