Who are going to be be there:

Sanjay Jayram, Executive Vice President – S&M, JSW Steel Ltd.
Mr Sanjay Jayram is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Economics and Export Management. Post his academics in 1985, he embarked on a career in Sales & Marketing and went on to serve many large Conglomerates in India and Abroad , handling several Middle & Senior Level Professional assignments. After a decade in Technology / Concept selling of High-End Engineering Products and Solutions, he set out to the Middle East for a refresher in Oil Field Services & returned to India in 1996 to join Essar Steel Ltd as Manager ( Business Dev ) for Sales of Value Added Grades of Steel to the Auto, General Engineering , Projects , Oil and Gas Industry. During his tenure in Essar which spanned 10 years , he rose to the level of General Manager ( Sales & Marketing ) and has successfully managed the Business in the Markets of West , North and South of India. He joined JSW Steel Ltd in 2006 and is presently the Executive Vice President – Sales & Business Development with additional responsibility of overseeing the Collaboration Agreements with JFE Steel ( Japan ) & Service Centre Joint Ventures with Marubeni Itochu ( Japan ). Mr Sanjay Jayram is nominated by JSW Steel ltd as a Lead Member to participate in the World Auto Steel & Worldsteel Association Meetings. He is a widely travelled professional with over 36 years of Industry Experience and is based out of Mumbai.

Aaditya Maheshwari, Manager – Business Development, JSW Energy Ltd.
Aaditya pursued his PGDM in General Management from IIM Indore. During his first year of MBA, he interned at JSW Steel in the Steel Melting Shop department. His background in B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering helped him understand the technicalities of the organization. He had an excellent experience with great learnings along the way. The internship program was very well structured and it gave very good insights as to how things work at JSW. His hard work & dedication during the internship, earned him a Pre-Placement Offer. After joining full time, he was given a role in the Business Development team of JSW Energy. It has been a very valuable experience till date, both in terms of professional as well as personal development. JSW Energy is on a journey of installing green renewable power and to be a part of a very exciting and motivated team in this new journey has been a great learning experience.

Shrunga Hede, Manager – HR, JSW Steel Ltd.
Shrunga did her MBA from IIM Indore and from there became a part of the JSW family. She started out with the HR department because at that point they were doing things unheard of or highly uncommon, but today she stays with the company as she gets to drive some of these efforts and the impact they have on the employees’ life and business is evident and it is an unmatched feeling. JSWs culture makes space for asking questions, making mistakes on the way and learning together. Can’t think of a better start to a fulfilling career as this. As they say - the journey is truly what you make of it.
