I had tried shoving my work ex in extempore as I have worked on automation but they didn't take the bait.
Asked nothing about hobbies (reading).
A good part of my introduction was on my reading as a hobby but they didn't take the bait.
Asked nothing about academics, why mba? why leave the IT sector?
15-20 mins long interview. Very friendly panel but grilled me twice while smiling.
