SPJIMR's Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year, full-time residential programme that is deemed as equivalent to an MBA. It is an AICTE approved institute and has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and The Association of MBAs (AMBA), U.K.

The programme offers specialisations in Finance, Information Management, Marketing and Operations. In addition to this, SPJIMR also offers minors. The current list of minors is Analytics, Consulting, Finance, Information Management, Marketing & Operations and Supply Chain.

PGPM is an AICTE approved programme having a One Year Full-Time Residential component, preceded by a 3-month off campus blended web learning component. In aggregate, the programme is of 15 months duration.

PGPM is for working professionals with a minimum experience of five years and seeking an accelerated growth in their careers. The programme offers specialisation in Information Management, Operations, Marketing and Finance.

The PGPM programme comprises two phases:

• Three months of Blended Web Learning (Off-campus)
• Twelve months full-time residential learning (On-campus)

PGP-GM is an AICTE approved 2-year Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management for working professionals. With sessions on every alternate week-end, it is specially designed for executives with more than 5 years of work experience, who are unable to take a career break for further studies. On successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded the AICTE approved diploma, "PGDM- Executive Management Programme".

PGP-GM imparts the knowledge and skills of an Executive MBA programme and is tailored specifically for middle-senior management executives.
