Electives offered - The main specialisation of the course is International Business within which you study other specialisations like Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations.
Alumni Involvement - IIFT organises various chapter meets with the alumni throughout the year where current students get to interact with alumni. Some of these events are also organised in different cities were selected students get to travel. Apart from these, there’s a Grand Alumni Event held at the campus every year.
Admission Procedure - IIFT organises entrance tests at various centres for admission which is mandatory for every applicant. The selected candidates then go through a series of GD, PI & Essay Writing.
Entrepreneurship - There is an Entrepreneurship Cell at IIFT to promote entrepreneurial spirit among the student community. This cell also organises events where start-ups get to meet investors.
Life at IIFT - Apart from academics, students also indulge in various sports, cultural and social events.
During the course, a visit to port town is arranged in India/abroad for the students to acquire first-hand knowledge of Port Operations, Custom Procedure, Shipping and role of other trade facilitating agencies. In addition, interactive sessions are arranged with corporate managers and trade promotion agencies during the visit.
In the Social Awareness Program (SAP), every student undertakes a one-month long internship with various NGOs across the city that provides care for the elderly and destitute, drug and alcohol addicts, orphans, women and fight evils like people trafficking, child abuse and so on.
Apart from these, IIFT also conducts events such as TEDxIIFTDelhi and their annual fest called Quo Vadis.
Infrastructure - The MBA (International Business) is a fully residential programme. IIFT is located in the heart of New Delhi, adjoining Sanjay Van, JNU and IIT. The facilities available on the campus include fully air-conditioned lecture halls with modern audio-visual aids, conference halls for round-table conferences, an auditorium of 450 seating capacity, two computer labs, indoor games, sports ground, besides excellent residential facilities for the students.
International exchange - Annually, 30-45 students in a batch travel to various universities across Europe for spending a trimester in the host university. Many students from these universities also choose to attend a trimester at IIFT on an exchange program.
Student committee- The students have various clubs, namely Brandwagon, Cashanova, Socrates, Systemix, Blash to interact and debate on contemporary issues of Marketing, Finance, Consulting, IT, Trading and organize national level symposia and conclave. The International Management Forum (IMF) is an elected body of the students which coordinates and provides administrative support to various students’ clubs and activities including symposia and contests.
USP - Unlike other business programs, MBA at IIFT is focused on International Business. While you study various subjects with a domestic perspective, you also study subjects that are relevant in global scenarios.

Alumni Involvement - AlumSoc conducts city chapter meets in India and occasionally abroad. FMS also has a Global Alumni Mentorship Allocation Program where every second-year student is assigned a mentor as per their profiles who would help them with placements and professional life. Buddy Program is a new initiative as per which alumni mentors are assigned to first-year students for help in internships.
Admission Procedure - FMS accepts CAT score for admission. The shortlisted candidates are then called for Extempore Speech and Personal Interview.
Entrepreneurship - Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) at FMS encourage students to dive into the world of startups. Students can opt for placement holiday and sit for placements within 2 years if they wish to. The cell also organises various seminars, events and industrial visits for students.
Life at FMS - The annual management fest of FMS is Fiesta and Elysium is the sports-cultural fest. The social club of FMS, Vihaan, also organises various rural trips, activities with partner NGOs, social entrepreneurship workshops, etc.
Infrastructure - Hostel accommodation facilities are available to the students of MBA (Full-Time) Programme at the Post Graduate hostels of the University of Delhi.
International exchange - University of Delhi is the only one from India that’s a part of Universitas21 Agreement, an international network of universities. This agreement promotes faculty and student exchange and joint research among member institutions. Apart from the members of this agreement, FMS also has other international associates and foreign exchange programs.
Student committee- As a Full Time, MBA student at FMS students join the Management Science Associations which coordinates all these activities.
USP - MBA from FMS is considered one of the best in the country in terms of ROI. Unlike students from other b-schools, FMS students graduate without the burden of repayment of education loan.

Their main specialisation is IB which is unique indeed. They offer Organisational Behaviour and Psychology For Managers courses as well.
