Q. How was your experience working with Amazon?
Amazon was a great learning experience. As an intern you are treated as an employee, the level of responsibilities and expectations push you to work hard. Curiosity is much appreciated and interns are encouraged to connect with managers, senior managers across different teams to learn, proving the overall internship to be incredible learning. My project was a quintessential product manager role where I was responsible for managing a feature of their new product. The project was open-ended and quite challenging.
The working style at Amazon completely revolves around their Leadership Principles and is a bit different from the conventional setting that one might experience in other companies.
