XIM Bhubaneswar has successfully completed the placements of the MBA-Business Management Batch of 2024. Xuberance-24’ is a tale of unwavering grit and dedication of the students, the relentless effort by the Career Advisory Services(Placement Committee) of XIM Bhubaneswar, and the continued support of esteemed alumni. This is blended with the rich legacy of over 37 years of management education, and our belief of imparting excellence and nurturing the core values of integrity, excellence, compassion, commitment, and sustainability. All these factors have translated into a 100% placement record with an average package of 19.53 lakhs per annum, despite economic uncertainties and a sluggish job market.

Xuberance-24 proved to be a stellar placement season with a whopping 350 students participating and an impressive 99 companies vying for their talent.
76 students secured pre-placement offers (PPOs) from their summer internship companies, demonstrating their strong performance.
The placement opportunities extended beyond traditional interviews, with 7 students receiving offers through corporate case competitions like HCCB–Disrupt, Tata Steel–Steel-a-thon, Air India- SOAR, Avalon Consulting- Sun Tzu.
The highest domestic salary stood at Rs. 30.00 Lakhs per annum,while average and median annual compensations stood at Rs. 19.53 Lakhs and Rs. 18.37 Lakhs respectively.
