PART B
The major challenge I faced all through my life was stage fear. I was scared to speak at the public platform and did not take up part in any activity which involved coming in front of the crowd.
I knew where I lacked and wanted to improve this hesitation of mine as soon as possible as it was restricting me to have different experiences. This was also one of the main reasons for pursuing MBA as I knew it would push me to the end.
I got into PGDM course at NMIMS, Bangalore and had to sit for various rounds of selection for clubs and committees. This tested me and ultimately, I got selected in Nirantar-The Operations Club of NMIMS. This gave me confidence that if I can do this then I can speak publicly also. The club gave me a lot of chances to push myself and ultimately be free of my fear.
As the seniors were ready to bid the farewell, they selected me as the President for the club. I felt proud of this achievement and I knew that this will push me even more and make me emerge as a different person once all of this is over.
The trust that my team and the seniors have in me will make me be a better person in the future and ultimately make me fight my fears leading to a more peaceful life.
