Abishek faced challenges in navigating bureaucratic processes and paperwork within IIT Bombay, but his determination and negotiation skills led to the successful execution of the project. This experience enhanced his negotiation, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills, emphasizing the importance of effective communication and keeping stakeholders informed.
Throughout his MBA program, Abishek developed leadership skills in teamwork, decision-making, communication, adaptability, conflict resolution, empowerment, and ethical leadership. His role in organizing the senior batch's convocation showcased his ability to lead diverse teams and set benchmarks for inclusivity.
