Summary of the video In this video, Mr. Swarup answers various questions related to life, careers and philosophy. He shares how sadness, happiness and all those intense emotions come out in the form of poetry. He talks about the differences and similarities of being an entrepreneur doing social work and being a civil servant. He emphasises on public private partnerships and how they matter in solving problems of governance and bureaucracy. He highlights the facts that make working in the social sector akin to working as a civil servant, calling them 2 sides of the same coin. He further talks about the fight between acquiring power and serving society. He shares how power is a subjective construct and everyone may have a different definition of power. Finally, he touches upon the problems in higher education, answering questions related to coaching classes and their commercial aspect. He shares how the education system is inherently flawed but can be repaired. Finally, he gives some solid parting advice in the form of answering a question about changing people’s minds. He shares how the youth must focus on their own careers and doing meaningful work. He advises that one should not worry about what others’ think and just do. If you want to build a successful career and know how to create a meaningful legacy, this is a must watch. Key Takeaways:

1. Irrespective of the set of circumstances, you can actually move things in the Government.
2. There's no such thing as objective reality; It is your own subjective understanding that makes you powerful.
3. Stop worrying about the country; You decide what you wish to pursue. The country will be uplifted when everyone has direction and clarity about what they’re doing.
