Ami is currently pursuing PGP from IIM Bangalore. After graduating from NIT Surat, she has worked in strategic operations, maintenance, and supply chain functions across Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical Sectors. She was also involved with Edtech startups as an intern. She writes short snippets and enjoys different cuisines during her free time. She is often found on the dance floor singing wrong lyrics during parties. Ami Jagani's MBA journey was marked by leadership in the HULT Prize Foundation competition, where she led the HULT Campus team to become national semifinalists, showcasing her ability to drive transformative projects. This experience enhanced her understanding of social entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration's power in creating positive change. Her leadership skills, developed through case competitions, group projects, and roles like Treasurer of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell at IIMB, position her to inspire teams toward common goals. Her preferred industries include organizations creating a significant impact, consumer-facing brands, and consulting firms tackling large-scale problems. Ami sees herself as a good fit due to her strong leadership skills, commitment to positive change, and ability to navigate complex challenges. Ami's approach to teamwork involves understanding team members' strengths, fostering open communication, and inspiring cohesive collaboration.
