During his engineering days, he has been a member of the student council and sports committee of the college. Being a part of the student council of the college he has organized technical fest of the college. Increasing the footfall of the fest and scaling it up to greater heights has been one of his major achievement. He has participated in various b-school and corporate competitions and has achieved success. The most notable of them has been the National Finalist of Mahindra War Room Season 11. He did his internship with Exioms Technology Private Limited in the domain of Sales and Marketing. His hobbies are to follow and analyze brand advertisements. He also loves to watch and play football and is a fan of Manchester United. Coming to his character traits, he is a calm and composed person. He does not get nervous under critical situations. He loves to connect with people and balance with different kind of people. He is very flexible in his tasks and is always looking for learning new things. One of his greatest qualities is to complete every task that has been assigned to him and not leave any in between. Name an instance where you wanted something and went out of your comfort zone to achieve it OR Tell us the biggest risk you have taken so far in your life. My father always encouraged me to do something for others, to do something for society. Inspired by his words I always looked for an opportunity to do so but never got one till the moment arrived. When I was in my undergraduate college I noticed that there were poor boys in my neighbourhood who though had the potential of doing well never got the guidance to drive them forward. I felt bad seeing that and wanted to bring a change and trusted my capabilities and vision. I started teaching 4 poor boys. It was not easy in the beginning. Though my parents were supportive, but it was hard for me to balance it with my own studies and to counter the negative comments of the people in the neighbourhood. Everyone was of the opinion that I wanted to start some sort of tuition venture and thus I was doing it. I made a schedule for myself incorporating all my work and tried to follow it. It was totally out of my own will and my desire to see that they do well in their studies. With time I could manage it well and my first problem was solved. Coming to the second problem I knew it will be proved only when the doubters will see it for themselves. Thus, thinking less about them and concentrating more on my task I surged forward. First, as I started my aim was that they pass in all the subjects but as I progressed I saw that they had the potential of scoring good marks as well. It was not easy as their concentration and tenacity to do well was not present. I tried to spend as much time as possible for them and played the role of both the good cop and the bad cop. Slowly, they scored good marks in unit tests which increased their confidence. My determination and passion combined with their hard work made them score more than 80% in class 10 board exams. They have achieved something which they themselves never thought of. Till date, they always keep saying that it was possible only for me. I believe that it was possible because I never doubted my analysis and inference and what is a possibility. My biggest success came when 2 of them started a similar venture. It gives me immense joy to think that I could motivate them to reach such statures in life which at one point of time was unimaginable to them. I feel that one should be confident about one’s own conviction and passionate towards a vision. These two qualities can really work wonders and produce something which none ever thought of.   When was the last time someone relied on you? OR What did you do which was purely for someone else - a truly selfless act. During my internship, in one of the tasks allotted there was ambiguity related to the task on two fronts. First, the exact deliverable of the task was not mentioned and the second was since there were three interns the exact deliverable from each was not clear. Though the other two decided to start the task on their understanding I thought it would be better to clear it out from my mentor. I cleared the doubts about the deliverables and the division. At first, it seemed to my mentor that I could not understand the task, but I patiently explained my doubt and then she could understand the problem which was genuine. After the doubt got cleared I could also explain the same to the two other interns which portrayed my leadership skills too. I also managed to enhance the deliverables because of the sound knowledge I achieved. It made the completion of the task easier and with good results. I also got complimented for my approach on this.
