The Woman Who Mastered Analytics During Her Pregnancy Ft. Shailaja G, IIM Indore Alum

We are thrilled to bring to you the first episode of India's Most Inspiring Women Managers with Shailaja Gupta. Shailaja is currently working at Stride Pharma in the CEO's office as the Analytics Manager to spearhead digital transformation in the company. She is an alum of IIM Indore where she was in the top 5 percentile of the batch academically. Her wide array of experiences span across Project Management, Team handling, Project Execution, Strategy, Consulting and Alliances & Partnerships for analytics projects. During her school and college days, she would be scared of coding so much so that every time she was faced with a choice between CS and another subject, she always chose the other. From that stage, she went on to learn Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power Bi, among others. She upskilled herself with coding languages and Machine Learning during her maternity leave, same time when she found a network with 3k+ IIM Alumni who collaborate to help each other grow.
